Nar Bahadur Astani is a Climbing Sherpa and Trekking Guide for Satori Adventures (P.) Ltd. Born on July 29, 1989, and originally from Sindhuli-02, Nepal, he brings a high level of professional training to the team. He holds an IFMGA Diploma in Mountain Guide, alongside certifications in high mountain rescue, ski levels, navigation, ice climbing, and advanced mountaineering. He speaks Nepali, English, and Hindi fluently.
His climbing record features two successful ascents of Mount Everest South in 2022 and 2023. He has scaled Mount Ama Dablam six times between 2022 and 2026, Lenin Peak, and completed the 100-day Upper Great Himalayan Trail. His experience also includes multiple ascents of technical trekking peaks such as Mera Peak (10 times), Island Peak (10 times), and Lobuche Peak (7 times).
