A native of Yaphu, Sankhuwasabha, Mingma Temba Sherpa has been guiding high-altitude expeditions with our team since 2006. Known for his warm personality, great sense of humor, and passion for sharing Sherpa culture, he excels at creating a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere for every climber. Beneath his friendly approach is a mountain guide of extraordinary skill: Mingma has successfully summitted Mount Everest 11 times from both the Nepal and Tibet sides, alongside multiple summits of 8,000-meter giants like Manaslu, Cho Oyu, K2, Lhotse, and Annapurna. He also made history in 2017 as the first Nepali citizen to summit Mount Kazbek in Georgia. Fully certified in advanced mountaineering, safety, and self-rescue, Mingma combines elite technical expertise with clear communication and outstanding client care, ensuring every expedition is both safe and memorable.
